# Gochujang Sauce

### Ingredients

 

 

 * 1½ c. water

 * ¼ c. soy sauce

 * 2 tbsp. sesame oil

 * 6 oz. ginger ale

 * 1 tbsp. minced ginger

 * 4 tbsp. minced garlic (minimum)

 * 4 oz. dark brown sugar

 * 4 oz. white sugar

 * 500 g. gochujang

### Directions

 1. Mix all ingredients together.

 2. Reduce over heat to desired consistency.
