# Worklog4Slack
A Slack bot to help count and manage hours for your remote employees through a chat channel
## How to use
1. Make a new bot for you workplace [here](https://my.slack.com/services/new/bot)
2. Download the latest jar from the releases tab.
3. Place this jar in a new dictionary. It will generate its own files.
4. Make a new .bat/.sh file with the following.
```
java -jar worklog4slack.jar
```
5. Create a new text file and paste your token inside.
6. Rename the file to 'slack.token' with .token being the file extension.
7. Start the bot with the your script file and join your workplace.
8. Add the bot to any channel you wish for users to use it.
9. Say hello!
