(Quick fix for stuff because I'm lazy) If a player tried to shoot a Minecart with an arrow, it will do nothing. As a side effect, players can't break minecarts at all. Join us as we do our part to #StopArrows2015 .... #BowsDontKillPlayers #PlayersKillPlayers
