# genElixirJson

Experimental script generating json files for the ELIXIR bio.tools registry from tab-separated tables.

**Use with care** -- very prototypically 'hacked' script

**REQUIREMENTS**: python, cheetah

USAGE

./genElixirJson.py --table RNA\ bioinformatics\ tools\ -\ Freiburg.tsv 

generates single json files for all the tools specified in the table
