Transliterator is a PHP library for text transliteration.
Transliteration is a subset of the science of hermeneutics. It is a form of translation, and is the practice of converting a text from one script into another.
Instalation
-----------
This library is available on [Packagist](http://packagist.org/packages/artemiso/transliterator).
The recommended way to install it is through [Composer](http://getcomposer.org):
```bash
$ composer require koff/transliterator
```
Then include Composer’s autoloader:
```php
require_once 'vendor/autoload.php';
```
Basic Usage
