ProtoCMS is the prototype of Content Management System aimed at University and Colleges. 

Requirements V1.0.txt file outlined some basic functionalities needed in the app.

This prototype was developed for Govt. College of Engineering Amravati, but due to some issues, it ran into the ground.

This project uses Play framework and MongoDB.
