## Como instalar

### Postgres:

```shell

    docker run \

    --name postgres-container \

    -e POSTGRES_USER=user \

    -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=postgres \

    -e POSTGRES_DB=database \

    -d \

    -p 5434:5432 \

    -v postgres-data:/var/lib/postgresql/data \

    postgres:latest

### PgAdmin:
