Operator based on Kyma lifecycle manager to install the [CAP Operator](https://sap.github.io/cap-operator/)

## Description

Operator based on Kyma lifecycle manager to install the [CAP Operator](https://sap.github.io/cap-operator/). This operator uses [component-operator-runtime](https://sap.github.io/component-operator-runtime/) framework to manage it's lifecycle.
