## Installation

To set up the project locally, follow these steps:

1. **Clone the Repository**

```bash
git clone https://github.com/SatyamVyas04/ecotrader.git
```

2. **Navigate to the Project Directory**

cd ecotrader
```

3. **Install Dependencies**

```bash
npm install
```

This command will install all required project dependencies specified in `package.json`.

4. **Configure Environment Variables**

Create a `.env` file in the root directory and add your MongoDB connection string:

```env
MONGODB_URI=mongodb+srv://:@cluster.mongodb.net/ecotrader?retryWrites=true&w=majority
```

Replace `` and `` with your MongoDB credentials.

5. **Build the Project**

```bash
npm run build
```

This command compiles the project and prepares it for deployment or local running.

## Usage

After completing the installation steps, you can start the development server:

```bash
npm run dev
```

Open your browser and navigate to `http://localhost:3000` to explore the application.
