edit `settings.gradle`, add `DiaRobot` in `include`

    roscd DiaRobot

    ../gradlew installApp

    roscore

    cd morse

    morse edit beego.py

    ./build/install/DiaRobot/bin/DiaRobot diarobot.Wander base_scan:=/beego/scan cmd_vel:=/beego/velocity
