Because of the way mod loader files are bundled into one jar, some extra information is needed to do a PR.

Mod Description
Requires the library mod Collective.
This mod is part of The Vanilla Experience modpack and Serilum's RPG Bundle mod.
Anvil Restoration adds the ability to repair and damage placed anvils in the world. Right-clicking the anvil with an iron ingot will repair it one stage, saving you some iron to repair it before it breaks completely. This will consume the ingot.
Right-clicking it with obsidian will damage it one, until in its most damaged stage. It won't break the block. This will allow for extra design purposes without having to use lots of experience to damage it manually. The obsidian will not be consumed.
