### Project Overview
This project is a responsive website to promote hackathons. The website features a clean and intuitive design with a focus on user experience. Key functionalities will include a responsive navigation bar, a section to showcase past and upcoming hackathons, an "About Us" section, and a contact form. To enhance the user experience, we will implement a 3D tilt effect using Vanilla TiltJs.
### Installation
1. **Clone the Repository:**
