# bugwas
R package to test for locus and lineage associations in bacterial GWASTo install this package in R:
install.packages("[some_dir]/bugwas_1.0.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type="source")
or
install.packages("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sgearle/bugwas/master/build/bugwas_1.0.tar.gz", repos=NULL, type="source")The bugwas_1.0.tar.gz file can be found in the build folder in this repository.
The package requires the modified version of GEMMA version 0.93. The executable file is available in this github repository in the gemma folder.
