# New Insights into an Ancient Plant Disease: An Undescribed Species of *Phytophthora* Causing Black Pod on Cacao in Brazil
This repository contains all the statistical analysis related to growth fitness profile characterization of a new species of *Phytophthora* in Brazil.
The full analysis set are distributed in three directories: essay-1 to -3, described below:
* The growth fitness in four standart culture media;
* The growth fitness at a temperature gradient varying from 10 to 40 centigrede degrees; and
* The growth fitness at different Cocoa-clones.
All steps of the statistical analysis performed in each essay are described in `HTML` files of the respective repositories.
