# FilmXY Link Extractor



A Chrome extension that makes grabbing download links from FilmXY as easy as stealing popcorn from a sleeping moviegoer. 

Just drop in an IMDb ID, and watch the magic happen! 🍿✨

## Installation



### From Chrome Web Store

> "Want it from the Chrome Web Store? Well..."

### Manual Installation (Developer Mode)

> Welcome to the cool kids' club! 😎

1. Download or clone this repository

2. Open Chrome and go to `chrome://extensions/`

3. Enable "Developer mode" in the top right

4. Click "Load unpacked"

5. Select the extension directory



## Usage



So easy, you can do it with one hand while eating popcorn with the other! 🍿



1. Click the extension icon in your Chrome toolbar

2. Enter an IMDb code (e.g., tt1234567)

3. Click "Search" to open the FilmXY page

4. The extension will automatically extract download links

5. Click on any link to copy it to clipboard

6. Use "Copy Link" to copy the extracted link

### Permissions Used

- `activeTab`: For interacting with the current tab

- `scripting`: For executing content scripts

- `storage`: For saving last used IMDb code

- `webRequest`: For intercepting network requests

- `tabs`: For managing browser tabs



### Host Permissions

- `*://exe.io/*`: For extracting download links

- `*://www.filmxy.vip/*`: For accessing FilmXY website



## Privacy & Security



This extension:

- Doesn't spy on you (we're not your ex 👀)

- Doesn't track you (we're too lazy for that)

- Only visits the sites it needs to (it's not a web tourist)

- Stores just one thing locally (it has commitment issues)

- No analytics (what happens in your browser, stays in your browser)
