An item that allows travel up and down "sneak ladders." Depends upon the sneak glitch being enabled.

## Usage

Stand or activate the sneak glitch until you are against the sneak ladder with one of the solid nodes at eye level. Click this node while wielding the tool, and you will move upward or downward a few nodes, depending on your pitch.
