Drop in chat rooms for any event, using Web3 from [bloc.im](https://bloc.im/).

Any event can have a chat room, the event goers can join a (psuedo)anonymous chat room by just scanning a QR (or clicking on a link). No sign ups, no logins, no hassle. Just drop in and chat on, or just share memes.
