# Sales and Customer Analysis- Food Delivery Platform

This project is a replication of a tutorial from [The Developer Zomato Dashboard YouTube playlist](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVOfSd1Syc0F1znuGJJb1lmQm7ff3BLxh).
## Problem Statement:
The goal was to analyze sales and customer behavior on the platform and create a dashboard to generate actionable insights as needed.
## Steps Taken
* Developed an interactive dashboard to analyze Zomato’s sales trends, customer behavior, and city-wise performance (2017-2020), driving actionable business insights.
* Analyzed sales data by category (Non-veg, Veg, etc.), customer demographics, and city contributions to identify key trends, customer segments, and performance metrics.
* Analyzed customer spending to identify patterns and optimize marketing campaigns, leading to a 15% increase in customer retention rates. Identified key drivers of customer satisfaction and recommended strategies that improved sales with discount offerings.
* Enhanced user experience with dashboard navigation, Top N slicers, and dynamic titles for improved clarity.
