yeoman on windows
1. install node.js
http://nodejs.org/2. download zip from https://github.com/shimondoodkin/yeoman-windows/archive/master.zip
and extract to C:\Program Files\nodejs
so file will be on same level - without the yeoman-windows-master folder3. you should have python, verion 3.0+ seems like ok
http://www.python.org/download/4. you should have ruby (best to install all in one fully configured rails):
http://railsinstaller.org/5. install compass in ruby:
open ruby console from start menu and run:
gem install compass6. edit C:\Program Files\nodejs\yeoman.bat
and edit paths to your paths7. copy the shortcut to desktop
