Module 2 challenge, VBA scripting

I have uploaded four screenshots of the different worksheets in both datasets for your reference.

The VBA script file is provided.

The alphabetical Excel file with script in it is provided.

As the yearly Excel file was so big, I was not able to upload it, but I hope provided files cover that.
