This is HTML::Links::Localize - a module that converts HTML files to be used
within a hard-disk directory. What it does is add an index.html suffix to
internal links to directories.
It contains html-to-hd which is a standalone command line application.
The author and maintainer of this module is Shlomi Fish ([email protected]).
