Emby Explorer for Windows (old version, hasn't all the features of EmbyExplorerQt, but still useable)

This version of Emby Explorer can be compiled natively for Windows on arm64. There're no C/C++ library dependencies.

If you want to compile an x86 version the rsrc.syso needs to be rebuild.
