Companion UI extension for Discord Rich Presence

## How to use

0. Make sure the server plugin is up and running.

1. Install using a built-in extensions installer from the following URL: https://github.com/SillyTavern/SillyTavern-DiscordRichPresence-UI

2. In the extensions panel, find "Discord Rich Presence" and tick the "Display active character name in Discord" box.

3. Start chatting!
