# simenandre/publish-with-pnpm

This composite action will publish your package to NPM using PNPM.

It parses tag version and set that in `package.json` before publishing, and pushes that

to the default branch after publishing.

```yaml

name: Release to NPM

on:

  release:

    types: [published]

jobs:

  release:

    runs-on: ubuntu-latest

    steps:

      - name: Checkout 🛎️

        uses: actions/checkout@v4

      - uses: pnpm/action-setup@v4

      - name: Use Node LTS ✨

        with:

          node-version: lts/*

          registry-url: https://registry.npmjs.org

          cache: pnpm
