# Spotlight search tool:
shell script to refresh the index

Syntax:

    spotlight-refresh [path ...]

The default path is "/" which means everything on the local drive.

To reindex a different volume, specify the path, such as:

    spotlight-reindex /Volumes/MyHardDrive
