# Reverse Engineering Mobile Apps
This talk was inspired by my experience at the [2020 BVG Hackathon](http://bvg-hackathon.de), where our team worked on a carbon-footprint dashboard for public transport.
In order to obtain the required data, we needed to reverse-engineer the API of Jelbi, a multimodal routing application deployed in Berlin.[Slides to this talk](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1998-rm_sALQqp-nQZaVG85lZmA_p9zA2ib9jo3l0Ow8/edit?usp=sharing).
I first held this talk at [Bonn's WebTech Meetup](https://www.meetup.com/WebTech-Bonn/events/270057222/).
