## Why Agentic Testing?
Traditional contact center testing is **manual, slow, and siloed**. Each tool covers one layer:

### Prerequisites
- Node.js 18+
- A Salesforce org with Service Cloud Voice enabled
- Amazon Connect instance linked to the org
### Install
