# UoBrain #
This repository contains analysis of PURE challenge dataset. Most of the data processing was done using Python. The code is available in this repository as Jupyter Notebooks.
The data and modelling visualisations are available at [https://So-Cool.github.io/UoBrain](https://So-Cool.github.io/UoBrain) in a form of a slide show. To navigate the presentation use the arrows buttons in the bottom right corner of the web page. The order of viewing is first all the slides down then right. You can see the presentation overview by pressing *escape* key.
