[SH32F205](https://github.com/SoCXin/SH32F205) 内置了两个独立的电机控制PWM模块（MCM），四个通用PWM定时器模块（GPT），集成了三个高速运算放大器和三个模拟比较器，三个独立的12位2M SPS多通道高速ADC，内置温度传感器电路和参考电压发生电路等。SH32F205的基本资源可实现双电机FOC控制加有源PFC控制。

SH32F205提供8/16/32位CRC代码校验和数据校验，提供内存自检模块，独立看门狗，窗口看门狗，低电压复位电路，掉电检测电路，时钟停振检测等模块，提供基于客户安全码的代码保护，保证系统的可靠性和代码的安全性。
