[SPC7L64B](http://www.silan.com.cn/product/details/2104.html)是一款高度集成的高性能无刷电机控制器（SMAPOWCON®：智能功率控制器）。

用户在设计电机控制系统时可实现最低的整机成本和最大的灵活性，SPC7L64B内部集成了6路NMOS Pre-driver、自举二极管、2路LDO、多路高速运算放大器、多路比较器、高速ADC、协处理器、多个通用定时器、UART、SPI及电机控制专用模块等。

同时，采用Cortex-M0内核，内嵌64K字节Flash存储器，6K字节RAM存储器，最高工作频率可达64MHz，可满足高性能无刷电机控制的系统应用需求，并简化系统成本。
