This is Perl module Encode::JP::Mobile::UnicodeEmoji.
INSTALLATION
Encode::JP::Mobile::UnicodeEmoji installation is straightforward. If your CPAN shell is set up,
you should just be able to do% cpan Encode::JP::Mobile::UnicodeEmoji
Download it, unpack it, then build it as per the usual:
% perl Makefile.PL
% make && make testThen install it:
% make install
DOCUMENTATION
Encode::JP::Mobile::UnicodeEmoji documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:
% perldoc Encode::JP::Mobile::UnicodeEmoji
to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.
