# REMUSCLES
## Decsription
Athlete part of the project. You can see what you need to do for the session of the day. You can put what you have done for each sets. You can also see a furtur or older sessions.
The objectif is to easily see what you have to do, doing it and add what load you use (...) on the app to save it.
The other part is for the coach, which create the training. Both of the app use the same database.
