# QGIS Training Tutorials
## Using Spatial Data in Geographic Information Systems
Have you ever wanted to create your own maps, or integrate and visualize spatial datasets to examine changes in trends between locations and over time? Follow along with these training tutorials on QGIS, an open source geographic information system (GIS) and learn key concepts, procedures and skills for performing common GIS tasks – such as creating maps, as well as joining, overlaying and visualizing spatial datasets. These tutorials are geared towards new GIS users. We’ll start with foundational concepts, and build towards more advanced topics throughout.
Note: Specifically, this repository hosts additional files that can be used to follow along with certain videos in the training series.

# Tutoriels de formation QGIS
## Utilisation de données spatiales dans un système d’information géographique.
Avez-vous déjà voulu créer vos propres cartes ou bien intégrer et visualiser des données géospatiales afin d’examiner des tendances temporelles ou entre des emplacements? Suivez-nous dans ces tutoriels de formations avec QGIS, un système d’information géographique (SIG) à code source ouvert et apprenez les concepts clés, méthodes et astuces afin d’effectuer des tâches SIG communes, telles que la création de cartes, la jointure, la superposition et la visualisation de données géospatiales. Ces tutoriels sont orientés vers les nouveaux utilisateurs de SIG. Nous commencerons par des concepts fondamentaux puis progresserons vers des sujets plus avancés tout au long des tutoriels.
Note : Plus précisément, ce répertoire héberge des fichiers additionnels qui peuvent être utilisés afin de suivre certaines vidéos de cette série de tutoriels.
