# CCRP R Course Workbook

This repository contains materials for _Statistical Models in R_  as part of the R Course for the Collaborative Crop Research Program (CCRP).

# Development

This R project (R version 4.2.1) uses the learnr package to create an interactive workbook.

## Setup Local Environment

1.	Clone repo: `git@github.com:stats4sd/R4CCRP_07Models.git`

2.	Open the R project and run `renv::restore()` to setup the required R packages
