We believe in a future in which the web is a preferred environment for numerical computation. Tests if a `string` is well-formed.

#### isWellFormedString.isPrimitive( str )
Tests if a `string` is a well-formed `string` primitive.

#### isWellFormedString.isObject( str )
Tests if a `string` is a well-formed `String` object.
```javascript
