#### isColumnMajor( strides )
Returns a `boolean` indicating if an array is column-major based on a provided stride array.
```javascript
var bool = isColumnMajor( [ 1, 2 ] );
// returns true
bool = isColumnMajor( [ 2, 1 ] );
// returns false
```
