### Azurite must be running (because of `UseDevelopmentStorage=true`)
#### Option 1
``` cmd
azurite --silent --location c:\azurite --debug c:\azurite\debug.log
```
#### Option 2
Open the command palette, press F1 in Visual Studio Code. And select `Azurite: Start`.
