# OfficeKey
Microsoft [seems to be experimenting](https://twitter.com/h0x0d/status/1140787208502173696?s=20) with a dedicated Office key.
In the end [it turned out](https://github.com/stephtr/FixSurfaceKeyboard/issues/5#issuecomment-504661387) that internally it is just using Shift+Ctrl+Win+Alt for that purpose.
With this app, the (often de facto unused) right Windows button on the keyboard gets replaced by the new Office key.
After installing, just try the following combinations:
- Right Windows: opens the Office app
- Right Windows+O: Outlook
- Right Windows+T: Teams (browser)
- Right Windows+W: Word
- Right Windows+X: Excel
- Right Windows+P: PowerPoint
- Right Windows+D: OneDrive
- Right Windows+N: OneNote
- Right Windows+Y: Yammer
- Right Windows+L: LinkedIn
## Installation
Just download and run [the most recent installer](https://github.com/stephtr/OfficeKey/releases).
## Deinstallation
To uninstall the app, just open Apps & Features and uninstall "OfficeKey".
