Tanager is a free [Statamic](https://statamic.com/) theme; it also provides a complete implementation of [Meerkat](https://stillat.com/meerkat) - a comment system for your Statamic site (Meerkat is a commercial addon, but you can disable it and use Tanager absolutely for free).
