:us: This is the CLI (Command-Line Interface) version of the [UNO card game](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uno_(card_game)).  

It's a prototype that I implemented to understand the game's business logic.  

It is a first iteration that I then used it to add the Graphic layer.
