gosk
Golang Starter-Kit, a dockerized project with a sample HTTP Server.
Useful for prototyping and writing tests with Golang
## Usage
> Make sure you hace Docker, Docker-Compose and Make available in your system
1. Clone this repository or click on the **Use template** button to create a
repository from this template
2. Run `make up` to build and execute the project

3. Make a GET HTTP request to `http://0.0.0.0:4200`

### Stop the Server and Clean up
Use `Ctrl+C` to stop the Docker process and then run `make clean`

$ make down
docker-compose down

## Caveats
* To avoid the error:

Error while building:
cmd/main.go:5:2: no required module provides package ; to add it:
go get
```
The `go.mod` file is removed and the environment variable `GO111MODULE` is set
to `off`.
