A simple userstyle to make the main header (or menu) of Github remain fixed at the top of the screen.

* Fixes main header.

* Fixes Pull request diff bar.

* Fixes Pull request and commit file headers.

* Adjusts the subheader position on various pages.

## Install

A userstyle extension is required, common ones include:
