- Nearly 4.8 Million cases have been registered against women in India from 2001-2021.

- Crime density is maximum in northern and eastern parts of India.

- From 2001-2021 Uttar Pradesh has been the most unsafe state for women.

- Domestic Violence, Assault and Kidnapping are the Top-3 crimes registered against women.

- There has been a steady increase of the total cases.
