# The code in this repo moved

What you see in this repo is very outdated code and is probably not going to run.  

The latest source code of JokeAPI now lives on my own Git server: https://git.sv443.net/sv443/JokeAPI-v2  

  

If you have any issues, please still use this repository on GitHub to submit them.  

For pull requests however, please use the new repo.

### Note: due to the different types of humor, JokeAPI contains a wide variety of jokes, of which some are very offensive. They can be filtered out using the `?blacklistFlags` or `?safe-mode` parameters, but use this API at your own risk!
