# Thelio Io Hardware
**Thelio-Io Board**
This board design provides a SATA backplane for four drives, and an AVR microcontroller running open source firmware that controls two fans and one power button.
- 1 Molex power input
- 4 SATA data inputs
- 4 SATA power and data outputs
- USB 1.1 AVR microcontroller (ATmega32U4)
- Male USB header
- Reprogrammable over USB DFU
- 4 pin intake fan
- 4 pin CPU fan input
- 4 pin CPU fan output - Y connector to two CPU fans
- 4 pin motherboard power button input
- 4 pin front panel power button output
**Thelio-Io-SAS Board**
This board design provides a NVMe backplane for four drives.

- 4 MiniSAS-HD data inputs
- 4 U.2 power and data outputs
