# `Webloc Decoder`

#### Webloc Decoder is a simple tool for opening macOS Website Locations or `.webloc` files on Windows in the default browser. This package also contains a script for converting them to standard URL Internet Shortcuts or `.url` files.

> ## How to Use

> 

> 1. Place `wlocrun.cmd` somewhere on the system drive

> 2. Using the context menu on any "webloc" file, select `Open With`

> 3. Scroll to the bottom of the prompt and select "Choose an app on your PC"

> 4. Locate the `wlocrun.cmd` and select `Open`

> 5. Select `Always`

> 6. Do whatever you wish with `wlocconv.cmd`, it can be used from any directory as needed
