#Language translation instructions

What should I do with '\#sometext'? (\#sometext is just a sample)

\#sometext is a placeholder for the UI.

It may be a holder for numbers or letters. When you encounter such text, just use it as  it is.

Do not translate the placeholder.

Example 1

Text to be translated :

>\#name has left the conversation.

Translated version :

>\#name ha dejado la conversación.

Example 2

Text to be translated :

>Last chat was with (\#agentName, #lastChatDate)

Translated version :

>Ultimo chat fue con(\#agentName, #lastChatDate)
