Nostromo_n50 - support for Belkin's Nostromo n50 speedpad

Note: Install tools prior to use (the nostromo_config and nostromo_daemon

rely on each other.)

Requires FLTK 1.x from http://www.fltk.org

Usual configure/make/make install steps to build/install.
