# 3D rat brain atlas

An in-browser visualisation of different structures in the rat brain.

Controls:

- click structures on the right to show/hide them

  - Some bigger structures (like the cerebellum) take a while to load.

- right mouse to pan

- left mouse to rotate

- scroll to zoom
