# Parentcontrolswin

To start your Phoenix server:

  * Run `mix setup` to install and setup dependencies

  * Start Phoenix endpoint with `mix phx.server` or inside IEx with `iex -S mix phx.server`

Now you can visit [`localhost:4000`](http://localhost:4000) from your browser.

## Commands

These are all the commands I've run which build things (gen.phx.html, live, etc). Consider `--binary-id` in the future if I retry building it

```

mix phx.new parentcontrolswin --binary-id # add no tailwind in future?

mix pow.install Users.User users content_filters:string # note this doesn't actually add the content_filters field

mix pow.phoenix.gen.templates

mix phx.gen.html Devices Device devices name:string user_id:integer --binary-id

```

And building may use one or all of these commands:

```

mix phx.digest

mix compile

```

## Database

For production, this uses postgres, and I like interfacing with DBeaver just because it installs with snap.

```

sudo snap install dbeaver-ce

dbeaver-ce

```

## Environment vairables and Gigalixir

To add an environment variable to gigalixir

```

gigalixir config:set SECRET_KEY_BASE="your_secret_value" -a parentcontrolswin

```

To view

```

gigalixir config -a parentcontrolswin

```

And to push to gigalixir

```

git push gigalixir master

```
